Dear Weston Water Members,

We are undergoing major water operation changes over the next week.
Our old operator Patterson has raised prices significantly and forced WWSC to
look for alternatives. This has led to a price increase of 10% across the board, to
maintain present services. The board has decided to use GTUA (Greater Texoma
Utilities Authority) as our operations and billing provider beginning July 11, 2023. We hope to make this transition as smoothly as possible. We ask for your patience and understanding until services get back up to speed.
In addition WWSC has hired part time office help. Please welcome Anita King as
Weston Water’s new office manager. She will be answering your calls from
8am-12 noon Monday - Friday. Please be patient with your questions as she
directs and attends to them appropriately.
Patterson will remain our service operator for leaks and repairs only. Please go
through the WWSC office at 972-382-2445 first with your needs.
Emergency calls from 12 noon- 5pm are handled by GTUA, which can be
reached at 903-786-4433.
Emergency only calls after 5pm please call 501-760-8933.
