Water billing Questions

September 08, 2023

WWSC Members,

If you have a concern or question regarding your water bill or meter reading, please direct those concerns to our office via email.  Include your full name, Member Number, physical address, and phone number along with your questions. If you suspect the meter was misread, a picture of your meter with the date it was taken would be helpful.

Please be aware that if you request the meter be reread, and it was accurate the first time, there will be a $50 charge.  Phone calls to the office may seem quicker, but we can only process information from one call at a time.

You may use either the form under Customer Service > Contact Us, or email directly to Read More »
