Billing has been a challenge during this transition period and we appreciate your patience. Those members who had corrected billing should be receiving a June bill, and a June credit along with their July billing. If you have already paid your June bill or if autopay entered your payment; look to apply the credit to your July bill. Due to hand reading inputs, meter reading has been slow. Newer technology should improve the read time and subsequently the billing cycle. Thanks again for your patience.
